You're doubtless familiar with the childhood horror story ("fairy" tale) about a wicked witch who persecutes the innocent beautiful young maiden princess with a poison apple out of jealousy.
The only thing that prevents such stories from being classified as typical horror type fiction is their tendency for happy endings.
To a small child whose dreams are tortured by visions of evil after being exposed to such stories, however, the effect could very well be called horrible.
Of course, such folk tales, as they are also called, are supposed to teach children moral lessons, yet sometimes succeed in cementing the wrong motives into the hearts and minds of impressionable children.
There are certainly motives other than jealousy that could underlie such murderous antipathy, such as avarice, greed, hatred, selfish ambition, or just plain old stupid arrogance.
Different folk or "fairy" tales explore various of these motives from multifarious versions on the same witchcraft theme of evil incarnate.
While you might think that such things could never happen to you in real life, there is a very real wicked old witch whose is right this moment poisoning you, while you are either blissfully ignorant and unaware of it, or even if you suspect and know about it, despite this you are probably being poisoned in one of many different hidden, subtle ways anyway!
Don't believe me do you? Perhaps you'll be a believer before we're through...
A Wicked Old Witch Called Science
What do you think of when you imagine a wicked old witch, other than the obligatory black costume, warty crooked nose, possibly old wrinkled green skin, a ratty gnarled broomstick, an arch-backed, green-eyed black cat hissing at you, with large lit wax-melted and bent, twisted candles in wrought-iron holders, along with dirt and cobwebs everywhere?
Don't you imagine dusty shelves lined with jars filled with various disgusting ingredients, body parts of insects, animals (perhaps even people), unknown powders, strange concoctions, a "cookbook" of spells, incantations, and recipes for one sort of disastrous brew or another, and a smoking, bubbling old black cauldron in which they are sloppily mixed together with large wooden ladles?
You might find it hard to believe, since modern science laboratories are fairly pristine and "clean" in appearance by comparison, but what they contain, and the things they produce, often are just as disgusting, filthy, abominable and downright evil as whatever the wicked old witches of such stories ever brewed.
Beware What You Eat
If you want a glimpse into the unclean, poisonous concoctions the "wicked old witch" called science is using to poison you with daily, pick up just about any commonplace package of prepared "food" at a local grocery and read the list of ingredients....
Do you recognize what half of them actually are, or do they bear strange, unpronounceable names guaranteed to keep you guessing about what it is you're actually consuming with each bite?
One thing you can be certain about is that, with each and every spoon, fork or mouth full of such chemical-laden, adulterated, "preserved" or irradiated, pesticide-bearing, supposed "nutrition," you are literally slowly poisoning yourself to death.
In fact, like many folks immediately after a large meal of such swill, you probably pass out in a metabolic stuporous near coma, as your body attempts to process and eliminate all the poisons you've just ingested.
Ever eat something that made you feel downright ill immediately afterward, or even while you were in the process of consuming it?
Probably it was some sort of "snack" food, like chips containing forty varieties of indigestible, often man (and woman) made hydrogenated (poisonous, artery-clogging) "oils" (everything but motor oil it seems, but even that might not be beyond the "food" industry today, just as related supposedly innocuous additives known as "food colorings" are often derived from the same petroleum distillate sources).
Or else you may have consumed a boatload of chemical and processed or artificial "sugar" or carbohydrate-laden "sweet" (or bitter) tasting "foods" called "candies," "sweets" or "desserts" nowadays.
If so, your blood sugar and insulin levels are probably doing a roller coaster dance of impending death that makes you first manic, then depresses you into vegetative stupor or unconsciousness through insulin shock!
Evil Franken-"Foods," Drinks And Poisoned Water Wells
As if all this isn't enough, there's also the now commonplace, hidden threat of dangerous, poisonous, frankenstein-style genetically modified organisms lurking in nearly every commercially-sold "food" stuff today, along with toxic chemical additives, preservatives, so-called "natural flavorings," or allegedly "enriched" with concocted artificial vitamins and inorganic minerals.
Oh, and let's not forget the abomination of fats and blood literally dripping from the meat of tortured, abused, sickly and diseased animals loaded with dangerous levels of antibiotics, slaughtered under inhumane (or inanimalane, to coin a word) conditions that create high levels of stress and fear-induced hormones and possibly antibiotic resistant bacterium and viruses into the carcass, which are unhealthy and unfit for human consumption, commonly served by every restaurant and even in most homes today!
By the way, just so you know, I'm no "animal rights" activist or vegetarian. I believe that consuming healthy meat from clean animals (those fit for human consumption, while most species are not) is an essential element of any heart-healthy and nutritious diet.
The things commonly drunk could make you wish you were inebriated (and might even mimic this sort of mental confusion, stupor, dazed or drugged stupefaction and the like).
Even the water you drink is usually laced and drugged with poisonous chemicals, from cancer-causing chlorine (and related heavy-metals to which it often bonds), to brain-stem damaging, willpower-mortifying fluoride.
You might even be drinking a boatload of used pharmaceuticals, second-hand human or animal wastes from raw sewage "treated" municipal water supplies, or even e-coli breeding swamp water from your favorite bottled water company (many of which source their bottled brews straight out of the municipal (mis)treated water tap "spring")!
A Swig Of Poison Brew For You...
Think again if you suspect this is all some sort of hyped-up, scare-monger fanatical alarmism.
If anything, I'm understating the seriousness and pervasiveness of the problems evil science, the "wicked old witch" of modern times, is creating with cackling glee as you take another bite from its wide variety of poisoned "apples" today!
You see, like some adolescent prince whose murderous relatives are dead-set on preventing him from ever being crowned ruler of the land, you are being hunted and eliminated by another sort of modern wicked witch springing from the cauldron of science, which you consider commonplace, "mainstream," and even "normal," despite its illness and death-dealing concoctions, potions, harmful activities, mistreatments and "interventions" that hurt or even kill, slowly but painfully, or even quickly and mercilessly.
You know it by the apparently innocuous names of medicine, drugs, and its practitioners as doctors.
They have much more in common with the proverbial "witch doctor" than you might suspect, including a certain arrogant presumption that their bag of bones, powders and incantations (using medical jargon you probably don't understand and fail to fathom the true import lying hidden behind the recesses of some p-harm-aceutical drug company rep's bag of perks, bribes, hype and deceptive rhetoric) can actually "heal" you.
Many have discovered, to their shocked surprise, that just about any alternative healing practitioner is far better and way superior to the very best "care" modern medicine can provide!
Yet, increasingly, we are having ignorant court judges shoving such mistreatments down the throats and into the bloodstreams of unwilling patients, while suppressing all alternatives, at the point of a weapon and under the threat of imprisonment, their victims being forcibly injected or otherwise poisoned, drugged or irradiated against their will.
If you are unaware of these things, stick around long enough and you'll eventually be on the receiving end of all this death-"care" soon enough!
Of course the witches' uniform today can be either a white smock or buttoned dress, while the broomstick has been replaced with IV and numerous other needles, which modern witches and warlocks called "nurses" and "doctors" today wield with frequently disastrous consequences.
This Is Sadly Not Science Fiction
No fabled "Dracula" or fictional vampire has ever been reputed to be as bloodthirsty as the daily "blood test" bloodletting minions of modern medicine, despite how this often weakens, sickens or even infects trusting patients!
And don't you dare breathe a word in the presence of such false "saviors" of any legitimate alternatives to their cut, burn and poison allopathology; like Chiropractic, herbal or natural food, dietary preventative therapies, and the like.
Any doctor who does happen to stumble across, or who abandons their medical brainwashing to clearly see some actually effective, healing modality, soon finds themselves victims of very real "witch" hunts, led and spearheaded by their own "brethren" in the medical community!
Persecuted, hounded, defrocked and even imprisoned, for the "crime" of actually curing diseases that most modern medical quacks cannot fathom, much less resolve or help, these sort of fanatical activities by medical miscreants are far more commonplace than you may realize.
Add to this the insane idea that the religion of "evolutionary" science can solve everything, much less anything you can imagine -- and even things you cannot begin to imagine or fathom yet, which medical and putative science (knowledge of good and evil) is about to unleash upon an unsuspecting but guilty humanity -- and you have all the earmarkings of impending man (and woman)-made disaster.
Classical Case Of Insanity
The classical definition of insanity is doing something that doesn't work, over and over again, without learning or changing your behavior to conform with reality, or the real world.
When such insanity gets "codified" into law, published in "peer-reviewed" journals, tomes and tons of obscure books, and taught by alleged professors of "higher" learning -- often corrupted by governmental or their related special-interest lobby corporate and foundation "grants" and other monetary strings to bypass, ignore and allegedly "discredit" true science -- modern science is enthralled by its own viral form of insanity.
One thing is certain, you should carefully avoid and beware any of the apparently healthy-looking "apples" being presently proffered by this wicked old witch!
Perhaps what is needed, now more than ever, are updated folklore and stories to reflect the evils of modern times, to warn children away from the very real evil hobgoblins that infest our age with fatal frequency.
Sadly, the best we have seen along these lines actually tends to glorify wizardry and witchcraft. in the political parody named "The Wizard of Oz," and even it is outdated by more than a century.
Vital Vision Required
It may be some erstwhile author of past fiction will inspire a much better attempt in future, however with education being what it now is, and in view of all the wiz-bang, violent, amoral lust-driven "romantic" and insane science fictions being driven to market by solely fame and profit-seeking authors and publishers today, this seems more a fantasy wish than a real hope.
Hope based in informed reason, stark reality and from peeking behind forbidden curtains, is your best defense against the humbuggery of the wicked witches of modern science and medicine, so-called.
Call me a "hopeless" visionary, if you must. However, I believe this vibrant vision will overtake and replace so-called science and medicine with the good and wise healing knowledge of only the pure truth one day soon!
