If you are like most Americans, you probably believe that we all still live in one of the freest nations on earth.
I beg to differ.
You see, barely hidden beneath the surface there are three tiers of tyranny at work in the land.
Each attacks and debilitates a different segment of society, and together all three combine to create one of the most oppressive, tyrannical, and frankly evil societies to ever exist on planet earth.
The Power Behind The Corruption
Not even the ancient Roman, Greek, Medo-Persian or Babylonian empires combined could hold a candle to the level of dictatorial power wielded in a few hands, with an iron-fisted control over all of society, from the cradle to the grave.
I've been close enough to all three, a lot closer than most -- too close for comfort, in fact, which nearly cost my life several times, and resulted in the destruction of my once happy family and death of a close family member -- to see these three tiers with piercing clarity.
Each tier literally enslaves a different segment of society, from the young to the old and many in between, under inhumane conditions, abusing multiple tens of thousands with impunity daily, and even murders innocent victims, but is almost never accused of crime, or taken to task in the courts.
Why and how can this be?
The main answer is that the courts and legal system itself is largely behind every aspect of all three tiers, and without corrupt judges, ignorant juries, and stooge lawyers none of this could exist or operate with impunity.
The First Tier Of Tyranny
Here are the three tiers, the seamy underbellies and hidden recesses of which you cannot even begin to fathom -- unless or until you've experienced them firsthand -- undermining and eroding freedom and liberty in America today:
The juvenile foster home and public school system invades private homes and takes captive innocent children, to indoctrinate and even imprison them for most of their young lives.
The medical mafia regularly intervenes, forcing itself into a position of controlling and manipulating the health and even lives of prenatal and innocent young children, intervening, aborting, precipitously cutting from the womb under pretexts of saving them from alleged dangers of pregnancy, or after birth vaccinating them mercilessly with poisonous toxins that sicken, destroy minds, and even kill thousands every year, or drugging them into insanity, even suicide, and/or murderous violent attacks against others, for the "illness" of being a normal, active child.
The courts see nothing wrong with this, and allow it to continue, being ignorant and easily manipulated by drug company indoctrinated doctors of death and mayhem, who arrogantly, viciously attack every natural, real cure available, and anyone daring to treat or help heal diseases "mainstream" medicine only palliates (deadening pain, while prolonging disease, until death is the only inevitable "cure").
In foster homes, children are often padlocked in rooms, and must beg for permission should they need to use the toilet in the middle of the night. Often children are abused either by the adults in charge of them, or by other children in the same foster home.
To many of these, criminal gangs and conduct, and drug addiction, appear to be "solutions" to their immediate needs for approval, social acceptance, avoiding or curing depression, and economic suppression imposed by their confines and restraints.
Many are forced out onto the streets, without a home or family to support them, to fend for themselves, the minute they reach the age of majority (although some, including one of my own sons, are forced to endure lawless confinement and imprisonment after reaching the age of adulthood, with no way to escape, with no legal justification).
Schools are nothing better than indoctrination centers where children are spoon-fed mostly worthless knowledge that guarantees a life of frustration, economic suppression, or even joblessness and oppressive poverty (unless they choose to join the ranks of the government thugs who are causing most of the problems in modern America, or join the military in the now largely false hope of later economic benefits, should they survive).
In schools, diets of garbage and junk are imposed or encouraged, resulting in deficit attention spans, hyperactivity, drug-like stupor, and violent or criminal conduct.
Rare and scarce are those children who can rise above their circumstances and make a meaningful life for themselves, outside the confines of the three tiers of tyranny.
Most of them wind up joining the military, where they further aide the conspiracy of tyranny by becoming fodder for oppression of other lands and peoples (and soon their fellow Americans, if those in high, corrupt places in the government get their way), and are further abused, mutilated, or killed by the thousands.
The Second Tier Of Tyranny
Then there is the elderly tier, which imprisons aged Americans in the confines of abusive "rest" homes, where they are often abused, drugged senseless, and like their childhood school-age counterparts, fed nutritionally worthless, sickening diets that guarantee illness, pain, misery, suffering and eventual death.
Some of these institutions, in cahoots with the medical mafia, even deliberately murder the poor and indigent elderly, by withholding food and water until they drop dead.
It happened to my own mother-in-law, who was forced back into a "retirement" home against her will, after leaving an abusive "rest" home to come live with us.
This was accomplished at the hospital, where she was admitted to treat painful broken vertebrae in her back, caused by her previous "rest" home experience, by accusing her daughter (my wife) and I of non-existent abuse, arresting us and taking our three youngest children into foster abuse (where they were immediately vaccinated against our and their will and religious beliefs, and placed into public schools despite decades of home-schooling all our children).
While my wife and I were imprisoned without assistance of counsel, or even a court hearing, solely under a warrant issued by a court of no felony jurisdiction or authority, for over a month (while starved and abused in the local sheriffs' gulag of a jail), before finally being released (only thanks to my persistent efforts to act on our own behalf without a lawyer), during which time our fledgling business went bust, our new lawnmower and other property was stolen from our vacant, unprotected home, and the matriarch of our family perished within eight days from starvation and dehydration in a "rest" home she desperately wanted to avoid!
Even though our children were supposedly only taken due to the jailing of their parents, the court refused to order them returned to their home once we were finally released from our unjust and lawless confinement.
Instead, with the threat of possible indictment for a non-crime (under false charges originating with doctors who had no evidence or proof against us, for the sole purpose of enslaving and forcing my mother-in-law into a death home) hanging over our heads for another half year, a corrupt attempt was made to further accuse my wife and myself of "child abuse."
When the grand jury refused to indict, and charges against my wife and myself were finally dropped, the child-napping court system decided to prevent our three youngest children from returning home, despite no evidence of abuse against our children, citing our poverty created, caused and perpetuated by the very system that was further abusing our once happy family, as we struggled through countless, time-consuming and needless hearings for a full year.
Only our handicapped middle son (mostly deaf, due to a childhood illness), who turned 18 while in foster abuse, finally returned to live at home with his parents, but only after being held in captivity over a month after reaching adulthood, until the court finally decided to order him released.
So the count to date, of unlawful imprisonment and abuse for over a month for him, my wife and myself, is 3 for 3 to date.
The Third Tier Of Tyranny
A year after destroying our family, the local sheriffs went even further, seizing our only means of travel, a van we had purchased new 11 years before, unlawfully from our private ministerial property and home, and without legal right converted and sold it, leaving all three of us destitute and without anything other than inadequate bikes to leave home or go anywhere, in an impoverished rural county devoid of any means of public transportation in or out of the county, effectively imprisoning us against our will.
Our attempts to obtain a habeas hearing or bring suit against the lawless actors were soon sabotaged by the same district court, now dominated by a new, even more tyrannical, lawless and judicially incompetent judge, who never saw a government criminal he didn't actively aide and abet in their crimes against the public!
The prior district judge, ten years before all this, gave me a brief and nearly fatal taste of the third tier of tyranny, the state penal system.
My family and I suffered through a mockery of a "trial" -- during which I was charged by a complaint and arrest under a dead warrant issued by an inferior, non-felony jurisdiction court, thereby denying the statutory and constitutionally mandated examining trial prior to indictment -- while denied assistance of counsel and the right to hear witnesses in my defense, with falsified "evidence" that did not even fit the concocted charge against me (for the non-crime of being entrapped by the county clerk filing a private letter in an unrelated court file).
After another five years of fruitless appeals, this resulted in serving (as in enslaved) a sentence of one year imprisonment, separated deliberately from any contact with my family the entire time, as I was constantly bussed from one distant facility to another as far removed from our home as possible.
The abuses inherent in this middle tier of tyranny can be even more extreme and pervasive than the other two.
More Americans are imprisoned right now, today, in the so-called "land of the free" than in any other country on earth, in far greater numbers than all of the World War II concentration camps (American, German and Japanese) combined.
Many of them are entirely innocent, but only those who have long-suppressed DNA evidence have been finally released, often after decades of false imprisonment, yet are mostly forbidden any just compensation for their lost and wasted lives, denial of liberty, or mental and emotional suffering.
After being turned loose in a world greatly different from what they once knew, many become "career" criminals, committing any sort of non-violent crime just to get back into prison, where they feel more "secure," where bare subsistence meals are mostly provided (but not always, such as during prolonged "lock-downs" frequently imposed, more as a cost-saving measure than for ensuring security for either staff or prisoners).
Often, defensive weapons are used as offensive weapons of oppression, such as when I was pepper-sprayed for trying to go to outside recreation with other prisoners, which I was being unlawfully denied most of the year.
Such abuses are then compounded, like refusing to allow me a shower for over 24 hours, to remove the corrosive chemical spray from my face and skin -- while it caustically caused me to break out in a rash of painfully burning hives all over my body -- and then refusing any medical treatment for the resulting condition.

The middle tier of tyranny is the breeding ground that created and maintains violent criminal gangs in America, which often operate on both sides of the bars in prisons, as fellow gang members seek jobs as guards, to provide contraband and other unlawful perks to their fellow gang members behind bars.
Conditions are often highly abusive, such as being denied air conditioning inside concrete and metal cages, where temperatures during hot summers often reach over 130º inside, and even turning off all water to solitary confinement cells (where nonviolent, innocent prisoners are often kept, as I was, for no reason whatever) during heat waves, as punishment for complaining over being bypassed for one glass of ice water, only made available during some meal times.
Near death from heat exhaustion under such circumstances can only be avoided by either faking hanging, or actually going through with such desperate attempts to escape these ultra-abusive tortures.
When it happened to me, after faking a hanging with a bed sheet, I was taken -- sweating profusely from head to foot, and unable to stand on my own two feet -- to medical, where I was denied any examination or treatment for heat exhaustion, so my cell could be ransacked by abusive prison guards, and what little property I had stolen by them, never to be returned, even after my year of hellish confinement and several near-death experiences finally ended.
In 1997 the United Kingdom established "a Criminal Cases Revision Commission, to serve as an independent executive agency with full subpoena power to review convictions," and in Canada anyone "can request that the minister of justice convene a Criminal Conviction Review Group...to examine cases and make recommendations to the minister. The minister can then order a new trial or hearing, or refer a case to a court. The minister can order a formal inquiry examining what caused a wrongful conviction." (Convicting the Innocent, by Brandon L. Garrett, 2011; Chapter 9: Reforming the Criminal Justice System, pp. 242-243).
To date in America only one state, North Carolina, has a fully functional independent Actual Innocence Commission, established the same year of my first hand experiences in the Texas state jail gulag, since 2006 (ibid., pp. 241-242).
Even so, "Since 2007, the Commission has received over 300 applications and has accepted [only] five of those cases for investigation" (op. cit., footnote 10, p. 340).
Only less than a handful of those five cases resulted in overturned convictions.
A fairly miserable poor showing for protecting innocent "convicts" from being unjustly imprisoned and abused at the hands of the criminal justice system in America!
Prisoners are fed so poorly that many drop dead of heart attacks long before their sentences expire (during my brief year I personally heard first hand reports of two such deaths, and witnessed an attempted suicide by hanging, and learned of other deaths due to the wanton use of pepper spray as an offensive weapon against incapacitated prisoners in solitary confinement, where the noxious fumes from this favorite form of abuse can be lethal.
It was used several times during the year in my presence, including the time I was the direct target of a rabid female guard and her cronies in crime running the jail, in an all male prison in Dallas.
Every abuse and denial of protected rights under the federal and state constitutions takes place regularly in such hellish holes, well out of public and media view or any sort of effective oversight, where the grievance process is a sad and worthless joke, and "hearings" or review are anything but.
It seems almost no calumny or mistreatment goes unrewarded for the perpetrators in control, while no injustice gets exposed or punished, when it is against inmates, no matter how unjustified, harmful, abusive or even deadly.

None of these three tiers of tyranny in America could exist today, were it not for an unjust "justice" system, ruled over by terrorist judges and incompetent attorneys, rabid, deceitful and dishonest prosecutors, dumbed-down and easily manipulated juries -- and various court administrators, clerks, recorders and others -- who keep the wheels of injustice over-greased along with the slippery slide to judicial appellate court disapproval of nearly every significant appeal or charge of abuse, and refusal to review or overturn most such evils.
Granted, not all in the justice system are guilty, but so many are they taint all the rest with their frequent and pestilential abuses.
For the poor denied assistance of counsel (it happens far more often than you might think), denied effective judicial review of actual innocence and determination of real indigence, unable to afford the high costs of initiating or appealing, much less the burdens of prosecuting law suits or appeals, there is effectively no recourse in the American and state court systems for the redress or righting of grievous wrongs.
There could certainly be no more effective definition for tyranny than the cruel and arbitrary misuse of authority, exhibited by the despotic, dictatorial, enthralling, arbitrary and autocratic three tiers of tyranny in these increasingly Disunited States today.
True liberty or freedom is the total absence of the three tiers of tyranny when government in carnal man's hands fears the people.
Otherwise not only will you find the three tiers of tyranny omnipresent, but many other evils and despotism will surface, the likes of which this modern age (and America) has yet to see the like!
